I have assembled the questions that I get asked most frequently. I hope this helps you, but you are always free to pop me a message and ask something not listed here.

WHAT'S YOUR APPROACH?

As a fine art photographer who favours a documentary style, I approach weddings in a natural and candid way. Capturing all the beauty and authenticity of your wedding day, with a high level of skill and quality. Taking the time to make sure images are both visually stunning and emotionally resonant. Often I take portraits in natural settings, such as beautiful outdoor locations, using prompts to make you feel truly relaxed whilst creating stylised and visually breath taking images that you will treasure forever.

IS IT WORTH GETTING A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

I always recommend getting a second photographer, or even a third. So much more of your day is captured, completely comprehensive cover, in particular when it comes to your partners morning preparations. I do not cap the number of images provided, so it means that much more of the beauty, laughter and joy is recorded. You will be able to enjoy different angles and different perspectives, as well as the ability to speed through those sometimes painful group images. You can relax and enjoy your wedding day, knowing that every special moment is being captured from multiple angles by professionals.

when & how do we get our images?

I share all my images via a luxury professional online gallery service. It allows complete control over the sharing of your images, it will be passworded and only those with the guest link will be able to view the gallery. It is your choice whether you share this with friends and family members. My packages can also come with prints, albums or a USB if you choose. The online gallery also has a shop allowing you and family to buy whatever additional media your heart desires. I will also host your images for up to 12 months with an option to store these for you for additional years for a small fee if you choose.

How many Hours do you Stay?

I have a range of options that cover different types of wedding days. Most book my full day wedding package, this is coverage between 9-10 hours which is usually sufficient to cover everything from preparations to a good taste of the dance party. If you are planning events such as fireworks or an Ibiza hour which are intentionally later additional hours can be added on in advance. To make sure you get the best out of us on your day, I do ask if we can be fed and are able to get access to water and lavatory facilities. Most often wedding venues are in the middle of nowhere and peak wedding season can be very hot, this means going out for food or storing it in a hot car is a recipe for food poisoning.

WHAT if we want an album or to upgrade?

You can of course upgrade at any time of your choosing, this includes adding on optional extras such as an album or second photographer. I just ask that if you would like a second photographer to give me as much notice as possible so I can sort the best person for the job. Albums can chosen after the event, you could ask family members to contribute towards it as part of your wedding gift. I also do parent albums, which are smaller copies of a larger album and they make great Christmas presents for parents and grandparents.

I will send you a quote that will last for 14 days. I will keep you updated about the availability of this date during that time, so you have time to decide what you would like to do. If you're ready to book you click the accept button on the quote, sign the contract and pay a fixed deposit to lock down that date.
